In order to enhance teamwork and release work pressure, Fortune Legion Team recently organized a relaxing and enjoyable group building trip to Qiandao Lake in Hangzhou, China, which is a beautiful city with beautiful scenery. The two-day and one-night trip allowed everyone to relax in the mountains and water, but also in communication and interaction to bring each other closer, injecting more tacit understanding and vitality into the work.
The group building came to the scenic spot of Qiandao Lake, which is known as “the most beautiful water in the world”. Early morning sunshine sprinkled on the surface of the lake, blue waves rippling, foggy, picturesque. We took the sightseeing boat slowly into the center of the lake, the distant mountains, islands in the lake were scattered, from time to time came the mountain birds chirped, as if into a flowing landscape scrolls.
On the way to visit, the members climbed to Meifeng Guanyu Island, stood on the heights overlooking the thousands of islands and waters, and the field of vision opened up. Everyone took out their cell phones and cameras to record the magnificent scenery in front of them, and posed in groups to take group photos and hit the scenic markers. Some people used drones to capture the smiling faces of the team at the top of the mountain, while others used their cell phones to freeze the ripples on the lake surface in slow motion. Every frame of the image records the precious team time during the trip.
In addition to Meifeng, there are also the strange and rocky Longshan Island, the tranquil environment of the fishing island and other attractions that were visited one by one. With the lake breeze and the blue sky and white clouds, everyone stopped to immerse themselves at the forest walkway and viewing platform, and occasionally a member softly lamented, “It's been a long time since I've been so completely relaxed.”
The most exciting part was the afternoon canyon rafting program. Everyone put on their life-saving equipment, boarded the rafts in groups, and went down the river from a high place in the face of the cool mountain spring water. Along the way, the rapids and dangerous shoals continued, splashing water, screams and laughter.
As night fell, the lawn was lit up with lights and a cozy barbecue dinner began. Everyone enjoyed the food and shared their feelings and anecdotes about the trip. The evening breeze by the lake blew away the fatigue and brought more smiles. After the meal, there was a chorus and chatting around the campfire, the atmosphere was relaxed and warm.
Although the trip was short, the aftertaste was long. The group building of Fortune Army Team in Qiandao Lake not only appreciated the magnificent scenery of nature, but also gained tacit understanding and trust in the interaction.
