On March 3 local time, CONEXPO-CON/AGG grandly opened in Las Vegas, USA. As one of the most influential exhibitions in the global construction machinery sector, this year's event attracted industry organizations, manufacturers, distributors, and customer representatives from around the world.
At the exhibition site, Xu Niansha, President of the China Machinery Industry Federation; Bai Xuefeng, Vice President of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products; Su Zimeng, President of the China Construction Machinery Association; Kane Lee, General Manager of Asia for the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM); along with XCMG's management team, North American dealer representatives, and global customers jointly attended and witnessed XCMG's opening ceremony.
In his address, Su Zimeng emphasized that
the globalization of China's construction machinery industry relies on the
leadership of leading enterprises. He highly commended XCMG's comprehensive
lifecycle solutions for delivering unprecedented value experiences to
international customers.
At this exhibition, XCMG Group showcased
its phased achievements in transitioning from “product globalization” to “deep
local market integration” under the theme “Solid XCMG, Steady Progress” at this
century-old premier global industry platform.
Zhai Kun, General Manager of XCMG
International Business Headquarters and XCMG Import & Export Company, noted
that since the first 100 rollers entered the North American market in 1990,
XCMG products have expanded across multiple sectors including lifting
machinery, excavation equipment, and mining gear, consistently serving North
American infrastructure development and industry growth with high-quality
offerings.
For this exhibition, XCMG focused on North
American construction environments and customer needs, highlighting integrated
solutions tailored to “embedded scenario applications.” Thirty-five North American-compliant
machines were showcased, covering core applications like earthmoving, lifting
operations, aerial work, and mining. These form intelligent, integrated, and
systematic total solutions.
Within the exhibition area, excavators and loaders were displayed in coordinated operation, while aerial work platforms and cranes were presented in integrated configurations. Scenario-based layouts recreated real construction environments, creating a visual and interactive “miniature construction site.” Data linkage, equipment coordination, and closed-loop system operation outlined a clear path for the future development of construction machinery.
During the exhibition, XCMG innovatively launched
the PRO Series core products, achieving a comprehensive upgrade in
human-machine interaction capabilities. This series deeply integrates
intelligent interaction and control technologies, supporting features such as
parameter customization, visual operation interfaces, and self-diagnostic fault
detection. These enhancements make complex operations more intuitive and
efficient, significantly improving construction precision and operational
productivity.
At the exhibition site, the PRO Series
models garnered significant attention from multiple North American
distributors, resulting in several intent orders. Signing activities continued,
with positive market feedback.
From R&D innovation to smart manufacturing, and from supply chain coordination to brand development, XCMG is continuously refining its global operational network to establish a more stable, agile, and sustainable development framework.
Centered on the exhibition theme “Solid XCMG, Steady Progress,” the company demonstrated the steadfast long-term development approach of China's high-end equipment manufacturers through reliable product performance, solid technical capabilities, and a strategic commitment to deepening local market integration.
