On July 15–16, the 11th Recycling Industry Development Conference (RRIC) 2026 was held in Qingdao, Shandong. Under the theme “Cross-Industry Synergy, Integration and Innovation for a Brighter Future,” the conference focused on the fields of recyclable resources—including scrap steel, waste paper, waste plastic, and waste batteries—to explore development paths toward green, low-carbon practices and improved quality and efficiency, attracting numerous industry enterprises and professionals to attend and exchange ideas.
LOVOL showcased its new energy products and
solutions tailored for the scrap steel industry at the event, displaying
all-electric excavators, corded excavators, electric loaders, and a variety of
intelligent attachments to provide green and efficient equipment solutions for
the recycling and processing of renewable resources.
Addressing typical operational conditions
such as scrap steel collection, loading and unloading, dismantling, and
transportation, LOVOL has launched multiple new energy equipment models to meet
the application needs of various construction scenarios.
The all-electric excavator utilizes a pure
electric drive system to achieve zero exhaust emissions during operation. At
the same time, the equipment delivers excellent power performance, capable of
meeting the demands of high-intensity operations such as scrap steel gripping,
dismantling, and loading/unloading.
The cable-powered excavator is primarily designed for fixed-area, long-duration continuous operations. Powered by an external power source, the equipment enables continuous and stable operation, effectively reducing energy costs and eliminating range limitations, making it suitable for applications such as large-scale scrap steel processing facilities.
Electric loaders are optimized for the
high-frequency loading, unloading, and short-distance transport needs of scrap
metal yards. The electric drive system features fast response times and high
transmission efficiency, further enhancing operational efficiency and operator
comfort while maintaining loading capacity.
To meet construction needs across various
industries, LOVOL has developed more than 30 types of front-end attachments
that can be quickly swapped out to suit different operating conditions, further
expanding the equipment’s range of applications.
Currently, these attachments are widely
used in industries such as scrap metal recycling, mining, forestry,
construction, demolition, port handling, and livestock farming, providing
customers with more flexible and efficient construction solutions.
As the renewable resources industry evolves
toward greener and smarter practices, new energy construction machinery is
becoming a key direction for the industry’s development.
In the future, LOVOL will continue to advance the research and development of new energy products and intelligent technologies. Focusing on specific application scenarios such as scrap steel recycling, the company will continuously improve its product portfolio and supporting services, strengthen collaborative innovation with partners across the industrial chain, and provide the renewable resources industry with more efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly turnkey equipment solutions to support the high-quality development of the circular economy and green, low-carbon industries.
