At the end of 2024, we first established
contact with clients from Algeria, and started preliminary communication around
construction machinery equipment. At the beginning of April this year, the clients
took the initiative to inform that they would go to China on business and
expressed their wish to visit our company on the spot. After receiving the
news, our company started the reception preparation work for the first time, and
arranged a detailed visit and communication process.
In late April, the clients came to our
company as promised. The foreign trade team warmly received and accompanied the
whole visit. During the visit, we introduced to the clients the company's
development history, business layout, international market expansion results
and supply chain system, focusing on our technical advantages and service
capabilities in the field of construction machinery, which further strengthened
the clients' sense of recognition of our comprehensive strength.
Subsequently, the two sides carried out
in-depth negotiations in the conference room. Combined with the clients' focus
on excavator products, we arranged professional staff to systematically
explain, including product models, configuration parameters, application
scenarios, after-sales protection and so on. At the same time, around the
purchase quantity and amount, both sides fully discussed the price scheme and
delivery cycle. The clients carefully recorded and expressed a high degree of
interest, and initially reached a follow-up cooperation intention.
After the meeting, we assisted the clients in
arranging the return trip, and systematically organized the content of this
meeting and sent it to the clients in time for their internal decision-making
reference. The client was very satisfied with the visit experience and highly
praised our professionalism, efficiency and service details.
This visit not only deepened the clients'
trust in our company, but also laid a solid foundation for the next stage of
cooperation between the two sides. We are looking forward to working hand in
hand with our Algerian client in the following projects and expanding the vast
space of the China-Africa market together.
