Recently, two clients from East Timor made a special trip to China to inspect and select new machinery. To ensure a smooth visit, our team confirmed their itinerary and equipment requirements in advance, pre-arranged transportation, and meticulously planned all reception details.
During the factory tour, the clients focused on inspecting new excavators and flatbed transporters. Having previously inquired about new machinery, this visit allowed us to provide detailed quotes and technical specifications based on current inventory and configurations. The clients expressed full confidence in the machines' quality and cost-effectiveness, agreeing to return on November 29, 2025, for an on-site demonstration of the equipment in action.
Following the day's equipment viewing, we hosted a special dinner featuring authentic Chinese hot pot. The steaming broth, diverse ingredients, and relaxed atmosphere fostered closer cooperation between both parties over the meal. During dinner, we discussed the clients' potential future equipment plans and preliminarily explored their requirements for other new machines.
During the post-visit follow-up phase, we maintained timely communication, compiling and updating the latest quotations and product materials for our clients to ensure the two East Timorese customers had comprehensive access to equipment information. Moving forward, we will continue providing more professional and efficient support, and look forward to deepening our collaboration with clients on new machine procurement.
