During the early stage of communication, a
client expressed a clear interest in purchasing a used SD13 bulldozer. Although
new machine options were recommended with detailed comparisons, the client
consistently preferred a used unit due to budget considerations. After several
rounds of discussion, we sourced a suitable machine from a previously trusted
supplier and provided detailed photos and specifications, which the client
found very satisfactory.
As the cooperation progressed, the client
further inquired about packing methods, container loading, and transportation
arrangements, indicating strong purchasing intent. Since this was the first
collaboration between both parties, the client arranged for a trusted
third-party inspection through a partner inspection company to verify the
machine condition.
To support the process, we coordinated with
the supplier and arranged an on-site inspection. During the visit, the client’s
representative carefully checked the machine’s overall condition, including key
components and operational status. Our team provided full assistance and
detailed explanations to ensure all concerns were addressed clearly.
