Recently, the company received an inquiry
from a client in Côte d'Ivoire regarding the purchase of a used bulldozer.
Following initial discussions, both parties exchanged WeChat contacts, and the
client provided further details on the required machine model and specific
requirements, expressing a desire to purchase used equipment with reliable
performance and good value for money for local construction projects.
After understanding the client’s needs, we
immediately contacted our trusted long-term suppliers to request quotes and
screen available options. Based on the machine’s age, operating condition, and
configuration, we compiled a detailed quotation proposal for the client. During
our discussions, we also explained the performance characteristics and suitable
operating conditions of different bulldozer models to help the client make an
informed decision.
Upon receiving the quote, the client
expressed strong interest in the equipment and requested an on-site inspection
to assess the machines’ actual condition firsthand. In response, we promptly
arranged a site visit.
On May 15, the company’s team accompanied the
client to the factory to inspect the machines. On-site, the client focused on
examining several models of used bulldozers, gaining a detailed understanding
of the equipment’s physical condition, engine performance, operational history,
and maintenance records. Staff members patiently addressed the client’s
specific concerns and provided professional recommendations tailored to the
client’s local construction needs.
During the visit, the client expressed
satisfaction with the factory’s equipment inventory and the company’s service
attitude. Both parties engaged in further discussions regarding future
procurement plans and the specifics of their collaboration.
